The Xintai Suoao Electronic Technology Consulting Co., Ltd. (SETC) was established in 2010, turning out to be the first and currently the only high-technology consulting institute around the city of Xintai. The company initiates with registered capital of 500,000 yuan, and now consists of the market department, the general department, department of the Technology project, and the department of economic information.
